Chimay

The Chimay Brewery (Brasserie de Chimay) is one of the few authentic Trappist breweries in the world, located at the Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey in Chimay, Belgium. Founded in 1862 by monks of the Cistercian Order, it produces world-renowned beer and traditional cheeses based on authentic recipes.
